HARP is a monthly self-help group for people who are motivated to develop strategies and actions to manage and modify hoarding behaviour.

We provide:

  • A supportive learning environment
  • A self-help model, based on cognitive behaviour techniques and wellness recovery action planning
  • Opportunities to meet up between groups to progress action plans and build support networks
  • Self and professional referrals accepted
