Organisation details

N.ableD

N.ableD are a social enterprise providing London-wide home-based exercise and nutritional therapy for people who cannot or would not attend a gym or group exercise class, whether this is due to low self-confidence, a disabling health condition, an injury, limited transportation options or any other reason.

They provide 3, 6 and 12 month support packages with the sole aim of educating and empowering the person to learn how to take back the control of their own health and well-being via exercise and nutrition.  N.ableD can also accompany clients to attend classes or services in their local communities which will further increase their well-being.

All sessions take place in the client's home (or other agreed location) and last for one hour.  The Therapists bring their own equipment with them.

Exercise Therapists are REPS Certified with a Diploma in Exercise Referral.  N.ableD also work closely with Chartered Physiotherapists who are available to accompany our Exercise Therapists to see clients with complex injuries or limited range of movement.

The Nutritional Therapists will help you assess your nutritional intake and identify potential underlying health imbalances to give you the nutritional support and encouragement you need in order to make long-lasting improvements to your health.

All N.ableD Nutritional Therapists have professional membership with the British Association of Nutritional Therapy (BANT) and are registered with the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council's (CNHC) independent public register.

To refer a patient-client, please phone or email using the contact details shown.
