Your home is your castle, your sanctuary, and your familiar space.

So they know that when, for whatever reason, you are unable to tend to your own needs as well as you used to, many of you will look for care in the home.

ANA Nursing staff aim to offer care that’s second to none in London and know the importance of frontline staff to every single client they look after.

Each nurse or carer they take on is not only tested and trained, checked and referenced, but they are also genuinely nice people – considerate, responsible, thoughtful and dedicated to their clients’ care in the home.

Their staff are fully trained to care for the needs of young adults with learning or physical disabilities, clients suffering from dementia, Parkinson’s and other debilitating conditions, and the elderly.

Every effort is made to match the right carer or nurse to your situation so you can be confident of the best care in the home for you or the family you love. To discover more about the specific services they offer:

If they can help in any way to make your life, or the life of someone you care for, easier, then contact them on 020 8905 7701

CHOOSING THE RIGHT CARE AGENCY - A MESSAGE FROM PEOPLE FIRST

People First cannot recommend individual home care agencies, and does not vouch for the quality of service which they currently provide. Please refer to our disclaimer page for more details.

It is important that you satisfy yourself that you will receive the service which you need, and that it will be of a high standard. We recommend that you refer to the following websites when deciding which home care agency to use:-

· The Care Quality Commission website  – they inspect home care agencies regularly and publish their inspection reports online, highlighting what an agency does well and where there is a need for improvement

· The NHS Choices website
– they allow you to search for home care agencies in your area, to see what other people have said about them, and to rate them yourself based on your experiences
