Millions to receive cost of living support

More than six million disabled people are going to start receiving government support to help with the cost of living. The one-off £150 payment will be automatically made to people on the following benefits over the next two weeks:

• Disability living allowance
• Personal independence payment
• Attendance allowance
• Scottish disability payments
• Armed Forces independence payment
• Constant attendance allowance
• War pension mobility supplement
