But please go to the the main Westminster Council complaints department if your complaint is about something other than Adult Social Care.

Older people uncertain about who to contact in the Council, will find this service invaluable.

So too will older residents who need information about external services, activities and support, such as Age UK, Open Age, the Pensions service, and nearby clubs and activities for seniors.

Senior Passport staff will ensure callers are transferred to the right person or service within the council. They will stay on the line until this happens. Services covered include:

  • Social care.
  • Rehabilitation or re-enablement services.
  • Other council departments. 
  • External services and organisations in Westminster. 
  • Special events for older people in Westminster such as such as computer classes, and organisations offering volunteering opportunities and leisure activities.

People using the Senior Passport helpline may wish to save on phone bills. They can ask to be called back. Senior Passport staff will be happy to do this.
