Punch and kick your way to fitness with a weekly Body Combat workout. This high energy class is non-contact with no complex moves to master. You’ll release stress, develop co-ordination and release stress – all whilst burning calories as you learn to punch, kick and block.
Delivered in partnership with RBKC Sports & Leisure, the weekly class will give you a whole body workout that targets every muscle group whilst boosting cardio fitness and strength.
