Get Fit Wellness Classes
Time: 10am to 11pm
Try Abbey Centre's online women-only exercise classes, suitable for all levels of fitness. They’ll take you through slow & restorative flows filled with stretches to get the blood flowing, as well as the poses for restoring and repairing our mind & bodies.
This flow will leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated for the rest of your day.
The tutor will be available before & after each session for a chat.
