Psychological Therapies are there to help

How they can help
They are a free, confidential NHS service working for people with GPs in the Borough of Kensington & Chelsea and Borough of Westminster Wards, Queens Park and Paddington, to provide psychological therapy or support for people feeling anxious, depressed, stressed or worried.
Do You Need Urgent Help?
Psychological Therapies are not able to provide immediate support in an emergency. If you require urgent help please contact your GP or your local Accident & Emergency Department, or outside office hours, call the Urgent Advice Line on 0800 0234 650.
If you feel you need to talk to someone the Samaritans are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on: 116 123
