CNWL Talking Therapies Service

The CNWL Talking Therapies Service are part of the national NHS ‘Improving Access to Psychological Therapy’ service.

They provide a range of talking therapies for people who feel anxious and worried or down and depressed. Around one in five people suffers from anxiety or depression every year, and talking therapies provide people with support and treatment to overcome these difficulties. If you think you might be anxious or depressed, then you can refer yourself by calling, sending an email, or using their online self referral form. Or if you prefer, you can ask your GP, or any health professional, about the service and they can refer you to the service. If English is not your first language interpreters can be provided, including British Sign Language interpreters for all your appointments.

The ‘How we can help’ page can tell you about the types of talking therapies they provide and has information and resources which you may find useful. You can click on the ‘Who we are’ page to find out more about our different services.

The services are provided by Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust and our partner organisations.
