Changes to Community Equipment service in Kensington and Chelsea, and Westminster

The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and Westminster City Council are in the process of switching from current provider – NRS - to a new community equipment supplier. This service provides items like walking sticks, bath boards, toilet frames, commodes, pressure mattresses, hoists and bed rails.
From 4 August, work will start transferring to a new organisation called 24-7 Healthcare.
Residents who have equipment at home will be contacted to let them know directly about these arrangements. Until then, the councils' arrangements with existing provider (NRS) are still in place and you can still call the NRS number on your equipment if you need anything.
