Please note:  There is a maximum order of £40 per family for food-related vouchers. When you order food-related vouchers PPL will check your account to make sure you have not reached your maximum amount. If you have, we will notify you that you must either re-submit the order for a lesser value, or choose a different product. The £40 allowance applies per family, if you have a number of children receiving a grant the maximum amount is still £40 rather than £40 per child.

Postage:

Gift Cards will be loaded within 2 working days of despatch.

Your vouchers will be sent by post and should be received within 10 working days from when you place your order.

Vouchers are sent out as follows:
Up to £39 First Class post
£40-£99 Recorded delivery (requires a signature)
£100 and above Special Delivery (insured service that requires a signature)

Postage charges of £1.14 will apply for orders under £20 this will be applied on checkout. This a charge applied by the Voucher Provider.
