My Care My Home offers a comprehensive information and advice service that takes the guesswork out of finding care. It is free to use and anyone can get in touch, from an older person in need of guidance, to a friend or family member contacting us on their behalf. 

Our helpful care advisors can answer any question you have about support for elderly people or can point you to someone who can. While we offer our own care services, our information and advice service are completely impartial. We will only ever recommend options that are best suited to you.

We also provide property related services such as overseeing the sale and clearance of your home, and financial guidance about the cost of care and funding options including introductions to specialist 'Later Life' financial advisors and the ‘Care and Home Inheritance Plan’ to fund your care home fees without having to sell your home. Information and advice are offered free of charge over the telephone.

We also offer a range of chargeable services for people who wish to engage with us further.
