Care services for both adults and children who are palliative or end of life.

At Essential Care Group we are able to provide care and support for both adults and children who at a “palliative” or “end of life” stage.  We have a dedicated team of carers who are trained to the highest of standards to ensure the best care is delivered to our service users and support provided to families in this very difficult and sensitive time.

Palliative Care
Palliative care is when an individual’s condition has reached a point where treatment relieves but does not cure.  Anticipatory medicator's are administered for comfort and to pain relief but does not treat or cure the condition

End of life
This is where the disease or condition has progression and reaches “end of life”  The individuals end of life is therefore imminent.  At Essential Care Group we understand the holistic needs for the individual and their families at this difficult and distressing time.  Our experienced health professionals and care team are able to provide your chosen level of support required ensuring a smooth and empathetic approach.

***Please note: All of our services have a 2hr per visit per week minimum commitment*** and the price shown is a typical cost for this service and is dependent on your individual needs and requirements. Once these have been discussed we can confirm a price.
