How do I use Theatre Tokens?
Theatre Tokens can be used as payment or part payment for theatre tickets in person at your chosen theatre’s box office, or by phone or email by contacting the venue. You can also use your Theatre Tokens to purchase London West End theatre tickets online at www.officiallondontheatre.com.

Your vouchers will be sent by post and should be received within 10 working days from when you place your order.

2025 Update

As of 1st January 2025, our voucher supplier has increased their handling & postage charges as follows;

Up to £50 - 1st class £2.50

£50.01 - £99.99 - Signed for/Recorded £3.95

£100+ - Special Delivery £5.95

We are in the process or updating the ordering process to accommodate these changes however due to the £5.95 delivery charge, the maximum value that can be ordered for this voucher is £190.00.  This will remain in place until the end of this grant year, we hope to have another solution for the 2025/2026 grant year to try and avoid these charges.
