This film shows lots of people talking about being bullied and some scenes showing where bullying can take place. Bullying can be lots of different things, sometimes it might be called hate crime. It can happen anywhere and makes people feel bad. The film gives advice on what to do if you are being bullied. If you are being bullied, talk to someone you trust, tell someone.

This accessible and clear DVD has been produced by Speakup, a Charity which is celebrating 25 years of working with disabled people. The DVD has been produced by professionals working in partnership with disabled people. The DVD can be used to support disabled people, people who find written language difficult, older people and particularly people with learning disabilities and/or autism.
