The Handyperson supplies and fits keysafes, grab rails, banisters, changes light bulbs, replaces batteries in smoke alarms, security measures, fits energy saving measures, minor plumbing, joinery work etc.

People on Council Tax Benefit (over 60s), Pension Credit or who are referred from a hospital professional will not pay anything for this item. People who are over 60 on Income Support, Attendance Allowance, Homecare or over 18s on DLA will get the labour free of charge.
