We are fully qualified level 3 GP referral Personal Trainers. We have many years of working with able bodied individuals and individuals with a disability which is the area we excel in.

Mii gym strives to be a service of excellence, specializing in particular for individuals with disabilities who have never exercised or have not exercised in a long time. We also specialise in individuals who are in rehab after an illness or injury.

Mii gym works with people who may have long-term health conditions or disabilities to bring about positive change, and maximise health and well-being in the local area.
We help individuals with all aspects of managing their own health and well-being, As well as helping them to make informed choices about how they progress in a way that suits their lifestyle.
We believe everyone has the right to access the world of fitness and well-being as part of the support they need.
We believe everyone should have a choice on how, when and where they receive essential one to one exercise training. We have extensive experience of working with people with Obesity problems, Autism, Mental health issues and the elderly.

We work from your home or from a gym of your choosing, and tailor a program that suits you, we also offer is a disability specific health and well-being service for patients no matter what their medical problems, everything from weight issues to confidence building. This unique service is carried out in a person centered way to make sure you achieve the goals that you set for yourself. All done with regular updates to your GP so we can work as a team to achieve your goals and aims.
