We will support you to check your PA’s criminal record.  You can do a Standard Disclosure check. This is the middle level of check and you can do it for certain types of work that your PA does.  Only employers and organisations can apply for a standard disclosure for a potential new employee.  This disclosure checks for spent and unspent convictions, cautions, reprimands and final warnings.

There are 3 levels of criminal records checks. We can tell you which level of check you can get.  This will depend on the work your PA is going to do. For more information, please contact us, or visit our store to get more support with employment checks and employing your PA.

You can contact a Uemploy Consultant directly between 8.30am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday or outside these hours by appointment.
