Bridge Employment is a local charity that supports people with disabilities in Sheffield to find and maintain work.

Bridge Employment provides a bespoke employment support service to clients with disabilities in Sheffield to help them find and stay in work. Clients are able to choose from our Suite of Support (details available on request) to design their own strategy and methods by which support can be provided to secure their work related goals. This is an approach that differs therefore from a programmed service that follows a one size fits all method.

A named Employment worker will support you the through the entire journey into work and the type of things they might help you with include-

• Information Advice and Guidance (IAG)
• Vocational Profiling
• Job Searching
• Support with Applications
• Support for and during interviews
• Work-site support
• On-going post recruitment support
• Supporting your employer
