Description

Is a service where the individual lives with the Shared Lives Carers has part of their family on a permanent basis or as long as it is still appropriate and meeting the individuals needs. This service can also be accessed when an individual is not quite ready for independent living and needs some support around daily living skills or budgeting to be used as a ‘stepping stone’ and prepare individuals to eventually move on.

There are 3 costing bands for the respite service which are dependant on the individuals needs.

Basic Band - £354.73 per 7 day respite stay (24hr period) plus 13.5% management fee

Medium band - £408.57 per 7 day respite stay (24hr period) plus 13.5% management fee

High band - £494.36 per 7 day respite stay (24hr period) plus 13.5% management fee
