Description

If you have a physical disability we will ensure that where you live is fully accessible to meet your needs as well as support you to live your life according to your wishes. Our experience includes supporting people with a range of complex physical support needs including those arising from Acquired Brain Injury. We will meet with you to agree a support plan that meets your needs and gives you choice and control and we will review this regularly with you to make sure that as your circumstances change we can change with you.

Price
