Core Services:
Supply of nursing/support workers (RGNs, RMNs, HCAs)
Day and Night Care
Night sleep-in or waking night and live-in care
Training/Quality Assurance:
They offer high standard of training to existing employees and other interested professionals within the social care industry based on individuals’ needs as required by the Care Standard Act, 2008 and the Skills for Care under the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
Our Client Groups:
24 hour a day, 7 day a week service to:
- Vulnerable adults—including Palliative patients with critical needs.
- Dementia patients
- People with physical disabilities
- Mental health or drug related problems
- Challenging behaviours
- Learning disabilities
Qualified professionals (RGNs, RMNs and HCAs)
They provide person-centred care in order to promote clients' privacy, confidentiality, independence, rights, choice and dignity irrespective of age, gender, culture and religious orientation.
Quality Assurance:
Eleada's care provision is individualised, holistic and of the highest quality and provid qualified and experienced staff members (RGNs, RMNs and HCAs) with the aim of supporting clients through their journey into recovery
Range of tasks carried out includes:
- Support with general well-being (mental, physical, social and spiritual health)
- Management of prescribed medications
- Support with mobility and transfers needs, care of skin, teeth and nails where appropriate
- Nutritional care and feeding
- Personal care and grooming (support with washing, bathing,/showering and dressing
- Bed making, toileting and incontinence management
- Support with domestic chores (cleaning, laundry and ironing)
- Assistance with PEG feeding, colostomy and catheter care
- Support with cultural/social and spiritual/religious needs.
