Currently operating in the WLM Seymour Place Neighborhood Hub:

• WLM Winter Spaces: A service for people who or work-ready and transitioning out of homelessness. The support is provided via a coaching model and the spaces are in hotels.
• Homeless Health Service, Central London Community NHS Trust: A team of nurse specialists rent a floor for improving health outcomes for people excluded by homelessness.
• WLM Coaching: WLM Seymour Place is the base for the WLM Coaching team. Coaches follow the ‘Person-Led, Transitional and strength-based approach’ to empower people moving through tough times. This radically inclusive approach is backed by research from our partner the Mayday Trust.
• The House of Cinn: A community interest company that bakes to break the cycle of homelessness uses the catering space in WLM Seymour Place for their bakes.
