PDT works alongside local people to transform the built environment and provide collaborative resources that provide skills and jobs, creative opportunities for young people, and a place where community enterprise flourishes alongside the democratisation of civil society.

PDT is a registered charity and community-based not-for-profit regeneration company delivering social and economic innovation. They are part of the Kensington and Chelsea Locality and provide advisory services to a mix of national and international organisations.

PDT  has five core values: mutuality (sharing benefits within the community); empowerment (creating opportunities for local people) financial self-sufficiency, environmental sustainability, and equalities for all communities. PDT is committed to an equitable distribution of justice and power in civil society.
