Ability Bikes in Regent's Park
Ability Bikes is a safe and fun way for older people and people over the age of 11 who have physical or learning disabilities to cycle in Regent’s Park.
- Physical or Learning disabilities
They have 8 specially adapted biked for hire on Saturdays between 11am and 2pm. The bikes are three-wheeled and can be ridden independently, or with the assistance of a companion. This service is free.
You can take a look at them here: http://www.westeustonpartnership.org/health-and-wellbeing/ability-bikes/ as some are 3-wheelers, some are side-by side bikes as well as ones that accommodate a wheelchair. - Silver Cyclers
They have a Silver Cycling programme for people aged 50+ using the same bikes, as above, with extra electric bikes added on. These are available on Tuesdays.
