• To provide quality responsive Occupational Therapy Assessment Services to people with disabilities on behalf of Local Authorities, Charities, Housing Associations, Grants Departments and Health Authorities. To enable disabled people and their carers to live within their own homes with the maximum level of independence and dignity.

• To ensure that both the disabled person and their family feel involved and in control of the assessment service and remain fully informed throughout the process.

• To assist in providing assessment services and equipment in an efficient and cost effective manner, ensuring a seamless service is provided to all their service users.
