Anyone can refer to the Admiral Nurses - the criteria for working with the service are:-

• the person with dementia must have a formal diagnosis
• the person with dementia must live in Kensington, Chelsea or Westminster
• the carer must be providing care, know the diagnosis and consent to the referral.
