Chiltern Support and Housing provides supporting services for vulnerable adults in the community.   They provide care, support and rehabilitation either within the service users own home or at one of our specialised facilities.  Service users can live and access the community around them whilst receiving ongoing support from the staff team. Chiltern specialise in Acquired Brain Injury, Mental Health, Learning Disabilities, Autistic Spectrum disorders, Behaviours that Challenge and Transition Services for young adults.
