Servesoul support the Service User to become independent and have tailored person-centred care plan while we continuously provide personalised care. Each Service User has different needs and support required. We have the experience and manpower to deliver personalised care and know how to fulfil needs of our Service Users. Person-centred care plan is designed within the first 24 hours POC is received, completes a comprehensive risk assessment and optimised subsequent visits while the field care supervisors keep updating the same.
We personalise all tasks as in the client’s support plan received from NHS or local authorities. For e.g., if the support plan states support with personal care; we personalise how the client needs this to be completed, how often they like a shower or strip wash, which dress they would want to wear, etc.
We treat Service User and their families with empathy, courtesy, respect and in a dignified way by:
- discussions and decisions about their care and support
- agreeing mutual expectations
- always respecting confidentiality and privacy
- providing a reliable service that people can trust
- regularly seeking feedback (both positive and negative) about the quality and suitability of care.
- give precedence to care continuity by making sure the person is supported by the same Care Worker/s.
- ensuring transparent process for 'matching' Care Workers to Service Users.

· The Care Quality Commission website – they inspect home care agencies regularly and publish their inspection reports online, highlighting what an agency does well and where there is a need for improvement
· The NHS website – they allow you to search for home care agencies in your area, to see what other people have said about them, and to rate them yourself based on your experiences
