Their Service Care Package includes:
- At home their personalised domiciliary service is based on their customer’s physical, emotional and mental requirements and needs
- They advocate on their customers’ behalf, liaising with outside agencies and professionals involved in their customers’ care
- They provide consultancy advice and guidance on law, policies and provides funding advice around social care services
- They monitor customers’ mental health and manage the risks in the community, giving support to their customers’ needs, working with the recovery principle to identify any relapse signs and address the customer’s social isolation
- They help customers to remain in their home. However, if a customer needs to be moved into a care home, they provide help and support for the customer and their families to manage the transition
- They understand the importance for people with caring duties to maintain their mental and physical wellbeing.
- They provide support and advice to carer to enable them to better manage their caring duties

Their approach to mental health care focuses on achieving the best possible outcomes for their clients through behaviour management and assistance with cognitive functions. they enable people to feel better, look forward to visits and take pride in their appearance.
