Using the Pair my Care puts control directly into the hands of the care user and the care giver.

The app shows care users the available carers and allows direct selection and booking, be it for one hour or ongoing. Care workers can support with cleaning, personal care, complex, respite or personal assistant. Users can also browse carers’ preferences such as hobbies and languages spoken to identify the right person. This means the care user can feel in better control of the care, having chosen the person coming into their home, and can feel they are being listened to.
