Who are we?

Westminster Employment is funded by Public Health to specialise in supporting people with significant barriers to find employment. 

The main people we support are:

• People with Learning Disabilities.  There are very few supported employment services for people with Learning Disabilities and in this sense we are unique to Westminster.  . 

• WE* works with people with moderate to severe learning or/and physical  disabilities to support them into mainstream employment.  We believe that with the correct support everyone can work in meaningful paid job.  WE* are specialists in providing the correct support and work with employers to create a job that fits the persons skills and abilities.

What can we do for you?

The team offers: CV creation; work taster sessions; work experience placements; regular job searches and job matching; help completing application forms; interview preparation; conviction disclosure letters; job coaching sessions (on-the-job); confidence building; and training of and problem solving with employers if required.
