Centre Care & Transport Ltd is a registered domiciliary care agency in the Camden area that provide both basic personal care and complex care services for both children and adults. At Centre Care & Transport, our mission is to provide personalised and comprehensive care services that allow individuals to remain in their own homes while maintaining their independence. Our dedicated team, with extensive industry experience, is passionate about working in the care sector and delivering exceptional quality service that meets the unique needs of both our clients and caregivers.

Our caregivers are highly trained and experienced in handling complex needs such as dementia, learning disabilities, mental health Autism spectrum PEG feeding, and stoma management. Additionally, many of our caregivers are fluent in various languages, including Arabic, Dutch, Italian, French, Punjabi, and Somali. We prioritise the safety and well-being of our clients, so we conduct thorough background and reference checks to ensure we employ the highest quality staff. It is also important to us that our caregivers are local, as both older individuals and children often prefer familiar faces and a more personalised approach. Furthermore, all our caregivers are vaccinated and regularly tested. We strictly adhere to government and Public Health England guidelines, including infection control protocols, to maintain the safety of our clients and staff.

In addition to the above we also provide transport services.

Please note that we currently provide services to DP and private clients in Kensington & Chelsea and Hammersmith & Fulham. We have the capacity to take on new clients in most areas of London.
