Computer skills - courses

Below are courses, skills training or guides that are available to help you learn and get confident in using common apps and the internet. We have organised the courses into the following levels of ability and experience:

  • No digital experience - No experience of using digital devices of the internet independently
  • Foundation - Being able to do basic skills such as send and receive emails, basic web searching and video calling
  • Life - Being able to communicate, handle and store information and content securely, solve problems and transact effectively  
  • Work - To have the requisite skills for their job or the job they are applying for to progress in their work
